To prepare this technique will need the following ingredients.
- Hot water.
- Blue clay.
Begins pouring hot water into a smaller amount of blue clay and mix until you get a creamy consistency. Proceed to apply in the areas that you want to lose weight and wrap with plastic. As the other method, cover the areas with a coat or warm blanket and leave it on for 1 hour.
For best results, it is recommended to do an exercise routine as time passes. Repeat the technique at least 2 times a week to maximize the effects.
