When you find yourself in a rush or you just want save time preparing your breakfastm these delicious omelet muffins are the best way you can choose.
Maybe you will be skeptical about how they would turn out, but when you prepared them they will look amazing with a beautiful golden top. And for your delight, they taste even better than they looked.
The ingredients you will need to prepared the muffins are the following.
- 4 Eggs.
- 1/4 Cup of Milk.
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of Oil.
- Salt & Pepper
- Grated Cheese (I recommend you to use Cheddar)
- Favorite Omelet fillings (For this we choice onions, bell peppers and diced ham)
To begin preheat the oven at 375°, in a frying pan cook up your favorite omelet ingredients, in this recipe we use onions, bell peppers, and diced ham. Proced to grease a 6 spot muffin tin, then fill each muffin cup with the cooked omelet ingredients, top with your favorite shredded cheese.
In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, baking powder, oil, and salt & pepper, pour the egg mixture in each muffin cup. You should fill each about 4/5 of the way to the top, put in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Take out of oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving or storing.
If you want to make them last longer, you could store them in the freezer and reheat them in the microwave for a minute or 2 when you want to enjoy them.ADS
