In the morning, if it’s sunny position yourself under the sun rays for 15 minutes and then wash your hair as you do it regularly.

This recipe you should do it in a span of two days, for example if you make it in Monday, you must repeat the process on Wednesday and then until Friday, always apply at night for the seven days, or until you’ve gotten the desired hair tone.
