Parsley, is a plant that has multiple medicinal properties that help you lose weight thanks to its cleansing action for our body. 30 Grams Of Parsley.
1 Liter Of Water.
Boil the water and place the parsley leaves, make sure to cover the container, and let stand for 10 minutes. Once the time has passed, strain the preparation. The tea is now ready to drink.
Drink 3 cups of this tea a day, preferably with each meal. The treatment is for 2 weeks.
Parsley With Lemon.
80 grams of Parsley.
8 Cups of Water.
Start by cutting the lemon in half and extract its juice. Pour in the blender and add the parsley along with the water. Blend until the ingredients are fully integrated and once is done, it is ready to drink.
Drink this recipe for 6 consecutive days, preferably on an empty stomach. During day 7 you have to do a break of 10 days, then re-start the treatment again doing it for one month.
