1 Slice of Pineapple.
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon.
3 tablespoons of Oatmeal.
Juice of 1 Orange.
Honey or Splenda.

Procedure.

In a blender, place the chopped pineapple, cinnamon, oats, and orange juice, then proceed to blend until the ingredients are completely integrated. If you like you can sweeten the drink with honey or splenda.

Recommended Treatment.

The recommended treatment is to drink this recipe preferably every morning on an empty stomach. If you have constant pain, it is recommended to drink it 2 times a day. It is also recommended to supplement this drink with a balanced diet and 2 liters of water a day. You must follow this treatment for 30 days.
